Lily's Smile

I had to post a short video of Lily talking to me last night, to all of you that haven't got to see her in awhile. She is getting so big and changes all the time. I will try again to get more video if this works and will try to get the boys of here to.

Lily's 4 month check-up

I wanted to write a little message to tell everyone that I took Lily to her 4 month check up and she is 10# 3 ozs. And 21 inches long. She is catching up to her curve mark as the doctor said and she was thrilled on how good she is doing. We are going to try some cereal with her tonight and see if she can handle it w/o chocking on it. I am so proud of her progress and now we are preparing to get everyone else in the house vaccinated for the flu, that should be fun. I will post some new pictures of her soon. I have been so busy I haven't had time to take any.

About Ethan's 1st day

Ethan had a wicked crazy good time at school he told daddy. He met some new kids, but can't remember their names and got to play outside. He also had to tell me he saw a very fuzzy spider today and that the sink in the bathroom leaks. He told the fix it man so hopefully he takes care of it.

His tooth is much better today. It is actually looking like it is setting back into place. It is still sore around the gums. He is not drooling anymore and talking much better.

Hopefully tomorrow goes as good as today and I am hoping the bus drops him off at a better time tomorrow. They were 40 minutes past the time they say they will drop him off. Nothing like thinking the school lost your kid on the 1st day.

Ethan's 1st day of School

Well it finally happened. Ethan is off at his 1st day of Kindergarten at Maple St. School. We had an exciting night last night, he crashed his mouth into Aidan's head and loosened a front tooth. He was afraid to talk, eat, drink or swallow last night. So he went to bed scared of having to go to the dentist. He woke up this morning and his tooth was still sore. But he wanted to go to school. We keep telling him the tooth fairy will come if it falls out, but that doesn't seem to work. So this morning he didn't want to eat or drink breakfast, so I was a bad mom and he went hungry. Then I loaded the kids in the van and e went tot the bus stop. Ethan was so excited to go and when the bus came, Matt waled him to the bus and he turned around and waved and yelled, "bye mom." He never cried and never looked scared. He sat in the 2nd seat and waved one more time and they left. And I cried the whole way back to the van. Aidan was screaming "come back buddy." He is going to miss him the most. I will have to tell you after 3 how the day went. Hopefully he will be so busy he forgets about his tooth.
