A visit from Santa

We went Aunt Kristin & Uncle Todd's House tonight and had a visit form Santa. Ethan was so surprised. Aidan liked him from a distance. But when we put him on his lap he screamed. He is going through the stranger danger phase. Ethan asked Santa for a vacuum again and I had to remind him that he had asked for several other things than a vacuum this year. They both enjoyed opening the presents and playing with new toys. It is so neat to watch kids sit there and listen to every word that Santa has to say. They are so cute.

Aidan's 1st haircut

Well it finally happened we cut Aidan's hair. He was 21 months old. His hair was getting very long in the back and he hated it in his eyes. So Matt cut the back and I cut the front. He did very good. No crying and he didn't try to hit the scissors. He looks so nice and grown up now.

Halloween Costumes

The boys had a great time trick or treating. Ethan was a robot and Aidan was a monkey. Ethan was so excited to see everyone else dressed up. He would stop and let all the kids see his costume. All the kids loved it and wanted to turn the dials and kept asking how he got the lights to work. He got alot of candy and we shouldn't have to be off the sugar high for awhile. Aidan wasn't sure about the whole thing but had no problem taking the candy. We kept watching him walking and trying to steal the candy out of his bag. I'm not sure what they will want to be next year, but I always enjoy making them for them. Ethan was the only one at school that had a homemade costume.
